Spent Xmas at a hotel in Alibag and it was a great experience! Loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms, with all the facilities you could need. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to heaps of restaurants and shops. But the highlight had to be the proximity to the beach, which made for an amazing Xmas day!
Although the hotel had great points, there were also a few negatives. The biggest downside was the lack of a lift, which made getting to our room on the second floor a bit of a workout.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, and helped me with my travel arrangements to Mumbai without any additional fees. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I also enjoyed the tasty snacks that were served.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During our New Year stay at this hotel, we were pleased with the spacious and well-maintained rooms. the staff was friendly and approachable, especially when we needed help with arranging transportation to nearby tourist spots. the hotel's location was convenient as it was surrounded by an array of restaurants and ATMs.
The limited food options available at the hotel. the absence of a full kitchen led to very minimal breakfast options, and the hotel's restaurant was closed during dinner hours, leaving us with no other choice but to order from outside.
